I just want to say hello and introduce myself. I am currently living in KY. I have been intrested in polygamy my entire life but have yet to be blessed with such a marraige. I have always yearned for a husband who is a spiritual leader and someone I could look up to and respect.
I was raised wrong ~ married wrong~ and lived wrong :? but I am trying to find my true purpose in life.I have been searching for peace and a real relationship with God since I was a child.
I have three sons ages 13(on 4-29-09) 14 and 16. They are intelligent and creative and wonderful people in spite of being raised by a single mom. I believe they are a true blessing from God as it is thier presence in my life that has led me to continue to search for Gods plan for me.
I am excited to have found this site. I have looked at many posts and hope to read more and learn all I can.I feel a bit...delayed? because my Bilical background and understanding are definately inadequate compared to those here but I am open to guidance and suggestions from anyone.

Lets start with a welcome to our forum. And congratulations on raising three fine children by yourself. That is a difficult task even when you have a good partner by your side. And please, do not compare yourself to some of the bible scholars on this board. Some of them have been studying for decades. Everyone has something valuable to say and each of us learns from each other. It amazes me the things that I learn from the others on this board.

I am also fairly new to the Christian polygyny thing, though God revealed it to me through Isaiah chapter 4 several years ago. I have one wife and believe that more will come as God leads. As I tell people, I am a plastic surgeon by training but a teacher of the Word by gift from Jesus, (Eph.4:11). I have written a book and a number of teachings at God's direction. Hello. Post often and do not worry about knowing a lot of scripture. Even those of us who know a little of biblical "background" as you call it, basically are just enjoying God's word shared by imperfect but learning friends.
