This book from Sarah Pearsall covers origins, monotheism views, early modern encounters, Protestantism, Mormonism, and contemporary debates. I am starting to read it. Has anyone read it yet? I thought the introduction section alone was so good.

What is book's name?
That’s the one. I’m reading through the first chapter now. It’s very well put together. Some funny moments in here 
Some interesting sections of the first two chapters. To see a Cambridge historian say it not to promote but just as a historical fact… wow.
