    Why does ANYONE think that asking a Satanic system for its 'legal' blessing is any way to go? The same logic ultimately says, "take the Mark, too" - it'll go easier on you.

    Seriously, that's one reason not to get a marriage license with wife 1. If you're not legally married, each has the ability still to "marry" someone as part of sponsoring immigration or anything else where there is benefit in that piece of paper...
