    Countries that stay out of wars and do not enforce military drafts are the MOST peaceful! Until they are conquered easily by one of those bad countries that believe in a strong military...... USA is my best bet for WW3 protection and provision....

    He doesn't have to have his first wife's consent. However the first wife can always get a secular divorce if she isn't consulted about this so I'd recommend recognizing this reality and getting the first wife on board for expanding the family.
