Mom time

I'm a sucker for a foot rub. Rub my feet and head and you get whatever you want lol.
This is how my kidlets spoil me when I'm pregnant. They get me a book, and rub my feet while I read to them.

So for mom time I decided to clean my closet again and organize it. And if anyone tries to tell me I have a shoe problem my selective hearing will kick in and the message will not be processed. They are 2 deep on the floor and the round hanging thing is full with 20 pair. It's a good thing I have a good job. Hehe

I then had a great idea to clean out my hall closet. Well, that was stupid! My hallway is super narrow and the kids seem to pop these doors off all the time because they swear they don't see them (not enough rolly eyes). Well, today I said, "Brooke I want you to put your shoes in there side by side neatly because I'm not your maid!" She walks over to her pile and as she bends over to grab them I start to say, "please don't break the door again!" I no sooner than got it out of my mouth and SNAP! The door comes crashing down. She actually broke pieces this time. Off to YouTube I go for how to fix these doors. So much for trying to stay clean and organized lol.

So I had to go to the eye dr today. I've been avoiding it for 2 years and I just couldn't take it anymore! Lol this eye dr was the same one that I went to as a child and she was just floored to see me. She hasn't seen me for probably 15-20 years. It was absolutely wonderful and I loved catching up! Anyway, I went with what some super awesome lady on here calls Harry Potter glasses and I kinda love them. I never thought I would dig huge round glasses but I do. A bonus, you can totally still see my eye make up with them on!!

I feel like such an old lady, my favorite way to unwind for a day of mothering is to go to bed early. My kids are all under 10 and are usually asleep by 8pm - sometimes I’m in bed by 8:30/9pm. Sleep is my favorite thing. :)
Hear! Hear!

Sitting around with DH outside at night preferably with an adult beverage and a fire. Not to mention the other adult activities. Now that's good therapy. ;)

I've had glasses just as needed since I was young but I noticed since starting nursing school that my eyes started going. It was at the point where I had constant headaches. I'm shocked at how much my script changed.
