I agree that was same thing that happen to me.
My wife and I agree that it is, for the most part a waste of time. I now and occasionally visit it for the humor. As a male and from my observations, you’d be surprised how many women looking to be with a family are from Texas City, TX.
The polygynous women per capita must be off the charts. Second, their bios sound like they are talking to you personally, yet hide/blur their picture. Thirdly, the “fakers” have an accent, even in their texting. 
I finally had to text one from Texas City, TX. In her picture I informed her that her prongs on her phone charger in her picture had round prongs instead of flat ones like the U.S. Why she stopped texting me I’ll never know. I know this is a very serious matter, but we have learned to let God take care of the who and when. We (Lynn and I) just stay focused primarily on the “why:” which is to serve others through Real Love.

I'm relatively new to the idea of polygamy, but as I studied it more within the Bible I realized that it is not forbidden by the new testament, as most of us are taught. Furthermore I understood that God, being a respecter of no men, blessed many within the Bible with multiple wives, and thus could not be sinful, because God would not bless sin. Anyways, after stating what probably everyone else here already knows, I would like to say that having seen the need for a second wife, it is very difficult to find a Christian interested in polygamy on dating sites. Its a shame there isn't more churches open to the idea of polygamy, but its a cultural thing, I believe started by the Greeks and carried on by the Romans. I would love to hear stories of success by those who found second wives and built wonderful families, as well as advice from them.
Hi @BrianSR. Great to have you join the discussions here and yes, your comments are similar to others who have observed the same truths. If you look through the threads you will probably find various stories and details about those among us who have plural marriages. There are also some terrific resources available from the Home page that I'm sure will be helpful but feel free to post questions and read the comments. Sister wives is alot of polly ppl alot of ppl wanting a single person to join the relationship even tho I said I'm not bi. So I just keep my faith ans pray.
In my experience prayer probably does more then any other thing.
It is true many people are looking for a bisexual woman, BUT, there are certainly families that would not think that a benefit too.
I hope you find a family that is a fit for you.

Everyone, I recommended that @mizlicome over here for conversation after we talked on sisterwives. And yes I warned her that this is more conversation and fellowship. Plus there might be people here that can direct her to churches in her area that are at least not hostile to polygamy.

Just my own personal experience. I was a paid member on sisterwives.com for a year and yes I do believe that they either use bots to get you interested in a paid plan (because once you sign up for free you must pay to speak to the women that show interest in you) or they might just use actual people that work for them with their own accounts (or fake accounts) that pretend to show interest in you, until you pay the membership that is. After I did not renew our membership and had deleted my account, I then began to get messages from women saying they where interested at about a rate of one every six days in my email box! I didn't even get that much attention when I was a paid member, lol, and they didn't even have an account to view to write me from. Very "fishy" IMO.
